Intelligent Strength Training for Women
If you are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, reduced core strength, recurring back or hip pain — or you simply want to return to exercise with confidence — this class offers a clinically guided approach to rebuilding strength properly.
This is not a general Pilates class.
Each session is led by a qualified physiotherapist with specialist knowledge in women’s health, ensuring that every exercise is purposeful, progressive, and safe.

We incorporate small equipment, including Pilates props and light weights, to enhance strength, control, and functional movement patterns.
Classes are intentionally limited in size to allow for individual correction, tailored progressions, and professional oversight throughout.
Strength and Hormonal Restoration
Each class concludes with a guided hormone-supportive relaxation to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress load, and support recovery.
Because optimal strength and pelvic health require both load and restoration.
