We've helped women get the treatment and recovery they deserve
Jacqueline Hawker Rosie is an exceptional physio, teacher and mentor. Thank you for parting your knowledge to a fellow physio. Highly recommend her pre and post natal classes. Eloise Mathis Rosie is wonderful! I learnt to be a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher with her. The way she explains things and matches the theory with the practical makes it easy to digest and learn. She is creative, open minded and flexible in her approach and she has alot of knowledge. Thankyou Rosie x Maria Harrop Peel I joined Rosie’s pre and postnatal yoga teacher training course and thoroughly enjoyed it! As a pelvic health physio myself it was a pleasure to hone my skills in this area. I felt fully supported by both Rosie’s approach to teaching and the amount of material she was happy to share. Her course was extremely thorough, super informative and presented in a fun way that ticked the boxes for all those who participated. nicola dunger Rosie's treatments have made a big difference to my postpartum recovery - the mummy MOT was very reassuring & helped us focus in my core recovery. I leave every session with my back feeling better & with some tips to help me. I've also had lymphatouch for a difficult c section scar - and 3 treatments in, it is less tight & appears much smoother. Rosie is friendly, very skilled and has always offered tailored sessions for me... if you are considering her treatments, I recommend you book - you will not regret it Claire Bennett-Bloomfield Rosie is amazing with her knowledge and skills in everything women’s health related. Most recently saw her for severe back pain and she re-aligned me , enabling me to walk out of treatment without the severity of pain I entered with! Nina Charlotte I first met Rosie when I attended her pregnancy yoga classes, which I found hugely beneficial and informative. I told Rosie from the off I was planning for a VBAC, so opted to have a further 1:1 session which really helped with some PGP I was experiencing. I also attended a birth workshop Rosie was running, with my partner. This was really enjoyable, and despite this being my second pregnancy, I learnt so much about birthing positions/labour that I wish I had known first time around. I have since given birth and got my long awaited VBAC at home - baby arrived very quickly, which the midwife suggested was in part due to me having good biomechanics and being so informed. I definitely have Rosie to thank for being part of this incredible journey. Jane Magem I first met Rosie when I was pregnant and went to her pregnancy yoga class. I booked in for a mummy MOT after the birth of my baby and I worked with her through the hypopressives course. With a bit of daily effort on my part and supportive appointments with her, my pelvic floor symptoms much improved. When I became pregnant with my second baby just nine months later I got back in touch with Rosie for some support to help prepare my body for pregnancy and birth. I was planning a homebirth so I wanted to make sure that I did everything possible to help make that happen. Rosie helped me with physical preparations for delivery and offered advice regarding effective labour and delivery positions. I resumed practice of the deep core breathing and pelvic floor exercises Rosie had taught me shortly after delivery and almost every day since. I had my 7 week postnatal mummy MOT with Rosie and the results were so positive! My diastasis that was quite significant during pregnancy had really improved and my pelvic floor control was also much better than I thought it would be! We agreed a few exercises I needed to add into my existing routine of breath work and hypopressives and agreed I could slowly get back to movement and exercise after another few weeks. I would highly recommend Rosie for both ante and postnatal care as well as general women’s health physio and am so grateful for all the help and knowledge she has given me over the past few years. Beth Jex I’ve recently completed Rosie’s ‘Balanced Bumps Yoga teacher training. The course well paced and so informative! The asana practice is informed and backed with Rosie’s extensive knowledge of biomechanics, physiotherapy and hypopressives leaving anyone taking the course feeling confident to teach both pregnancy and postpartum classes. I would highly recommend this course and the CPD Rosie offers. Emily Wilson I had an initial women’s physio session with Rosie to help with pain due to c-section (2 years on). I felt so safe and comfortable in her hands. Rosie’s holistic approach resonated with me and I felt very ‘heard’ by her when speaking about the struggle I have to do with my birth. I came away knowing this 1 hour session had already had a profound impact on me. I’m now booked in for 3 more follow ups. Thank you Rosie! X Laura Christian I booked a birth prep session with Rosie at 39 weeks to support my aim for a VBAC. Rosie really took her time to develop a bespoke plan for me to practice at home over the coming weeks to get baby in an optimum position, as well as suggesting positions for during labour. She explained the rationale behind each movement/exercise and made sure I felt confident with how to do these. I practiced these daily and achieved my VBAC. Thank you so much Rosie for your support. I wish I had booked sooner!Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 17 reviews
